Chameleon Vac distributes all orders within Australia using Startrack Express or Australia Post.
We cannot deliver to Post office boxes - always provide a street address.
A signature is normally required for delivery.
Large bulky product(s) - PVC Pipe, Installation Kits, Ducted Vacuum Power Units etc. incur a shipping charge due to the large and bulky nature of these items. Use the shipping rates calculator on the shopping cart page to get a quote. We use the Startrack express service for these products to ensure the fastest possible delivery time to all areas.
All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.
Orders received before 1pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 1pm (AEST) OR on weekends and Public Holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
A confirmation email, will be sent when an order has left Chameleon. This confirmation email also contains a tracking number.
Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 7.00am - 5pm.
For metropolitan areas, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart, standard delivery can take between 2-5 days.
For WA, NT and all regional areas of other states and territories, standard delivery can take between 5-10 days.
Delivery times quoted above, can vary slighty, due to Startrack Express and Australia Post. In most cases goods do arrive within the recommended time frames, however, delays do occur.
A Chameleon Installation Kit, which would include Power Unit, Retractable Hose and fittings all leave our warehouse at the same time.
It is important to remember that the bundles of PVC Ducted Vacuum pipe are often delivered seperately to the cartons.
A 1 Point Chameleon Installation Kit delivery could consist of:
1 x Carton - Power Unit
1 x Carton - Retractable Hose
1 x Bundle - PVC Ducted Vacuum Pipe
1 x Fittings - These can be found inside the Power Unit
Note: As each order is different, there could be multiple cartons and multiple bundles of pipe.
A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent when the order leaves our warehouse.
